Job Title: Front End AI Engineer
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled front-end engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications. As a senior-level professional, you will oversee the design and implementation of high-quality user interfaces for complex AI systems.
Responsibilities:
* Front-End Architecture and Development
* Owning the front-end strategy and implementation for AI-powered products and interfaces.
* Building high-quality React applications using TypeScript, modular component architectures, and modern state management patterns.
* Designing reusable component libraries tailored for AI interfaces, including chat interfaces, agent dashboards, workflow builders, analytics panels, and data visualization.
* Ensuring UX clarity when surfacing complex AI behavior, including agent states, reasoning paths, confidence indicators, and human-in-the-loop controls.
* Coordinating with the backend and AI engineering teams to integrate REST APIs, WebSockets, vector search endpoints, automation pipelines, and generative model outputs.
* Leading code reviews, establishing front-end standards, and mentoring engineers on best practices in AI-driven front-end development.
Ai Interface Development:
* Building highly responsive conversational UI components for voice and text-based agents.
* Developing systems to visualize agentic operations, multi-step workflows, and tool usage.
* Implementing secure user authentication and permissions for client-facing AI dashboards.
* Collaborating with designers to translate conceptual AI workflows into intuitive user flows and polished UI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Serving as the primary owner and technical authority for front-end delivery across all AI engagements.
* Working closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and automation specialists to define scope and translate requirements into clear front-end plans.
* Helping clients understand interface possibilities and guiding them toward the most effective implementation strategies.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly skilled front-end engineer with at least 5 years of experience in building complex front-end applications from architecture through deployment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience building interfaces for LLM-powered systems, automation workflows, or agent-based applications.
* Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval augmented UIs.
