Project Management Role for Woodframe Residential Construction
We are seeking a skilled project manager to oversee all aspects of woodframe residential construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage all phases of woodframe residential construction projects ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
* Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans addressing issues proactively.
* Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing updates and addressing concerns.
* Lead project meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* At least 5 years of project management experience in woodframe residential construction.
* Proficient in EnerCalc and Bluebeam.
* Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and standards.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure.
* Fluency in English (C1-C2 level), both verbal and written.
