We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the implementation of our Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms in LATAM markets.
This individual will bridge the gap between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring business requirements are translated into actionable features.
Responsibilities:
* The successful candidate will own and prioritize the product backlog for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* They will write clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in a collaborative platform.
* Collaboration with global and local teams is crucial to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and adherence to data governance best practices are essential.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery are key responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Product Manager in a similar role.
