Your main activities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Material Management /Purchasing (MM) and Finance (FI), to join our global FI and MM support team. In this role, you will provide second-level support for both SAP FI and SAP MM, ensuring smooth and reliable operations within the central SAP ERP Systems of the Würth Group.
Your combination of deep SAP system knowledge and practical experience and will enable you to analyze incidents, document and improve processes, advise users effectively, and collaborate closely with third-level experts to ensure sustainable and reliable solutions. The ideal candidate will be a customer-centric, support-driven individual who thrives in a team environment and is proficient in handling customer IT incidents.
Responsibilities:
* Provide second-level SAP support in the MM and FI module - alongside a proficient understanding of SD and Logistic modules - to Wuerth Group companies on a global scale.
* Utilize foundational knowledge of SAP FI and MM to bolster business management solutions.
* Lead FI and MM business process enhancements, aligning IT solutions with the strategic objectives within the Wuerth Group.
* Deliver comprehensive training and support, improving user experience and SAP system functionality across the organization.
* Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to travel as needed to provide support to our clients.
* Collaborate closely with the other support teams to facilitate swift resolution of customer issues. Also to ensure compliance with standards and policies of the Wuerth Group.
* Coordinate closely with the central Group Functions such as Controlling and Audit to ensure compliance with standards and policies of the Wuerth Group.
Requirements:
* A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in Finance or Controlling is also acceptable, provided there is a strong affinity for IT solutions.
* A minimum of 3 years of working experience in SAP, with focus on the FI and MM modules.
* Experience in Customizing within SAP. Ideally basic ABAP skills.
* Comprehensive insight into Finance, Controlling and financial auditing processes
* Proficiency in English;
German language proficiency would be advantageous.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
