We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire high-caliber software engineers across Latin America. This role is focused on proactive sourcing, technical screening, and closing strong candidates in a competitive global market.

Responsibilities
* Source and engage software engineers across Latin America using LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, referrals, and outbound outreach.
* Screen candidates for technical competence, communication skills, and remote-readiness.
* Partner closely with engineering leadership to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and technical bar.
* Manage candidate pipelines, interview coordination, and hiring timelines.
* Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
* Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, conversion rates).
* Continuously refine sourcing strategies and outreach messaging to improve hiring outcomes.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience recruiting software engineers in a technical environment.
* Proven success hiring remote engineers in LATAM.
* Strong understanding of common engineering roles, tech stacks, and hiring signals.
* Experience sourcing candidates through outbound methods (not just inbound applicants).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes, including portfolios, GitHub activity, and real-world experience.
* Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience recruiting for startups or high-growth SaaS companies.
* We are looking for engineer with Python, Django, React, TypeScript, and modern web stacks.
* Existing network of LATAM engineers.
* Experience working with founders or small engineering teams.
* Background in technical screening or engineering-adjacent roles.
