What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Respond to all Mitigation & Emergency Services jobs with service issues
* Hire, train, and supervise Mitigation & Emergency Service Technicians
* Manage project budgets and invoicing while tracking expenses
* Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters and decision-makers
* Conduct sales and marketing efforts to generate new leads and relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
* Education: Associate's degree (A.A or A.S) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of industry-related experience and/or training
* Possess and maintain IICRC certifications in WRT, CDS, and AMRT
* Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
* Experience managing large-scale restoration projects during catastrophic events
* Familiarity with industry-related software and estimating platforms
* Proven ability to develop and maintain sub-contractor relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
