Project Coordinator Role

* Project Management: Ensure clients' interpretation and market research needs are met with precision and efficiency.
* Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, or WeChat about their needs.
* Ad-hoc Recruitment: Recruit specialized language professionals as needed.
Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects per day.
* Scoping: Identify client needs and work with colleagues to meet expectations.
* Matchmaking: Identify the best linguist for each project.
* Executing: Sync up expectations between clients and linguists.
Key Skills
* Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
* Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages being beneficial.
* Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is highly valued.
