Business Developer Position
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to lead our recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth of our organization.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting and managing agencies, hosts, and coin-dealers
* Resource Acquisition: engaging with and recruiting high-value resources, and ensuring their maintenance
* Strategy Development: formulating and executing recruitment strategies, with accountability for results
* Daily Operations: performing other daily operational tasks as required
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with users
* Sales-oriented mindset with patience and persistence
* Familiarity with voice social apps and various features
* Reliability, loyalty, integrity, and goal-orientation
* At least one year of experience in app operation work
