We are looking for independent IT recruiters who can support us on a flexible, on-demand basis by sourcing and pre-screening strong technical candidates. This role is fully remote and suited for experienced recruiters who prefer flexible collaboration alongside their existing work.
Scope of work
Source and identify qualified IT candidates (e.g. Software Developer, BA, QA, Dev Ops)
Conduct initial screening calls (motivation, communication, basic fit)
Share structured candidate profiles and CVs with our HR team
Coordinate early-stage communication with shortlisted candidates
Maintain a professional candidate experience
Our internal team handles technical interviews and final hiring decisions. Ideal profile
Experience in IT or tech recruitment
Strong sourcing skills (Linked In, local networks, databases)
Ability to quickly understand technical role requirements
Professional communication in English
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
Based in Brazil or LATAM Engagement model
Remote, contract-based collaboration
