Learn more at Sword Health is looking for a Head of Talent Operations to build and scale the systems, data foundation, and operating rhythm of our global Talent Acquisition function. This leader will own our ATS strategy, implement AI-driven recruiting workflows, strengthen compliance & governance, and ensure our team hires with speed, quality, and repeatability.What you'll be doing:Own end-to-end administration of our ATS (Lever today; experience with Greenhouse/Ashby a plus);Build workflows, automation rules, custom scorecards, interview plans, and permissioning frameworks;Integrate ATS with HRIS, LinkedIn, background check tools, assessment tools, and analytics dashboards;Help lead the design and implementation of AI-powered recruiting workflows - automated sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and debrief tooling.
