Job Title: Business Insights Analyst About Us: Carepod is a leading humidifier brand operating across the globe, with significant growth and an expanding data-driven culture. We're looking for a skilled Business Insights Analyst who can collaborate closely with our leadership team to drive informed decision-making. * We require a highly analytical individual to design, implement, and maintain various dashboards and projection tools. * The ideal candidate should be able to analyze e-commerce & marketing data from Shopify, ads, reviews etc. to identify key trends in conversion rates, retention levels, and customer behavior. What We Look For: * At least 3 years of experience as a Business Insights Analyst or similar role * Strong SQL skills along with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets * Experience working with dashboards & KPIs is essential * Aplus familiarity with AI automation tools like ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini/n8n/Merge/Airtable would be beneficial * Prior experience in ecommerce or direct-to-consumer industries is advantageous but not necessary j n Benefits:
