Business Analyst - Product Designer
This role is a key member of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams.
The Business Analyst – Product Designer transforms stakeholder visions into functional features, documents requirements, and works closely with development teams to bring solutions to life.
Responsibilities include:
* Assessing business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitating requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Documenting detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Leading refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Supporting QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Presenting live product demonstrations and preparing release notes for end users.
* Assisting with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
