As the **Commercial Manager** at our Araucária-PR plant, you will report directly to the Senior Director Finance.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute and monitor the pricing routines of the products marketed in LATAM as assigned;
- Prepare management reports of related commercial performance and products and customers;
- Support to the commercial area to determine "pricing" for new business;
- Monitoring of the FX (BRL / USD) for price adjustments or for making commercial and purchasing decisions;
- Support the Financial and Commercial area for the analysis of results, projections and revision of forecast and action plan to achieve the Business Plan;
- Monitor any deviations from financial and commercial results of the products sold;
- Support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculation and execution.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least five years of related experience;
- Availability to travel 30-40% of the time;
- Solid knowledge of business controllership and pricing routines;
- Advanced ERP knowledge;
- Domain in MSOffice;
- English at least at the intermediate level;
- Spanish at least at the intermediate level.
