Aftersales Catalog Data Technical Analyst
Hybrid: This position does not require the employee to be on a full-time basis. Only 3x per week (Tue–Thu).
Overview
The Digital organization is responsible for catalog data. The Catalog Data Technical Analyst is accountable for efficiently and effectively facilitating the execution of CCA's eCommerce deliverables within the specified function. This role focuses on execution of Catalog Data for eCommerce & Independent Aftermarket to support ACDELCO & eCommerce business.
Responsibilities
* Author catalog application data for ACDELCO & eCommerce catalog
* Support parts change management, Parts Readiness & Supply Chain
* Generate BI reports
* Determine where parts and usages are displayed in the catalog to enable dealers to search the correct parts easily
* Input catalog data in our systems
* Support development of the eCommerce & ACDELCO Data Catalog
* Promote discussion with eCommerce & ACDelco to improve data flow related to parts updates, new products and technical attributes
* Process catalog changes authored by responsible engineers & suppliers
* Respond to dealers' questions received through Product Marketing
* Generate reports for pending tasks
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial)
* Advanced English (written and spoken)
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
* Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Access)
* Strong presentation skills in both English and Portuguese
* Ability to maintain existing standards and establish new ones to improve dealer experience – innovation oriented
* Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* High sense of urgency and customer focus
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong drive to succeed
Competitive Edge / Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Mercado Livre, Amazon) and IAM business
* Experience developing parts catalogs for eCommerce and IAM (applications and parts attributes)
* Knowledge of automotive systems
* Experience in technical drawing
