Placement options will be discussed during an in-person interview.Schedule DetailsIn-Person (Laguna Hills, CA)8 hour shift/40 hours a week within hours of operations: Monday - Friday 6:00am-6:00pm, Saturdays 7:30am-4:00pmDuties and ResponsibilitiesAssist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.Accurately process and fill prescriptions efficiently.Verify prescription information and dosage.Manage inventory, including restocking and ordering supplies.Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.Provide excellent service to patients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.Maintain patient records and uphold confidentiality standards.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas.Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsClear Pharmacy Technician LicenseHigh School diploma or equivalentBasic math and analytical skillsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesAbility to perform tasks accurately and efficientlyReliable and dependablePositive and optimisticAttentive and detailedMust have open availability and willing to work weekendsPreferred Experience2+ years' experience working in a Pharmacy (entry level candidates welcome)AmeriPharma's Mission StatementOur goal is to achieve superior clinical and economic outcomes while maintaining the utmost compassion and care for our patients.
