As a Interface Project Analyst I, you will have a key role in the department processes, being responsible for the following main activities:Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence Monitor the progress of all manufacturing process, participate in daily meetings (production, planning, CLM follow-up) and support PMs and APMs in the project execution Supervise the different stakeholders and promote their integration, in order to guarantee the delivery of projects on time Set-up re-occurrent project meetings Compliance with SMS and Customer Quality standards, if applicable Create and check Project documents, such as: Packing List, FIR ancillaries (Final Visual Inspection Report), Composition Drawings/Overview, Scope Definition, ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), PRD (Project Definition)/ PIPE-001, Pipe Packaging, HSE manual & PQEP Collect information to obtain CLMs or Handover Certificate Hire and Interface with the third party to ensure monitoring of all stages of the project (when applicable). Guarantee the KO accordantly to project schedule and due payments. Generate/Check Final Inspection Report (FIRs) Identify and work with the project team to mitigate risks Perform other activities inherent to the roleRequirements:Required B.SC in Business Administration, Engineering, Technician degree or related areas; Office Package (with emphasis on text editors and electronic spreadsheets); Desirable notions of Visio Desirable advanced English skills;
