2. Oversee Salesforce data management, ensuring compliance with BRF guidelines.
3. Provide complaints reports to units, sharing necessary information with the team.
4. Ensure compliance with BRF commitments and corporate norms.
5. Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems.
6. Standardize complaints processes (workflows, documentation).
