Agile Program Manager Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Elevate the organization by orchestrating major Agile events, including PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt.
* Implement a robust calendar management system to ensure program-level cadence.
* Promote cross-team collaboration and facilitate problem-solving initiatives.
* Guide teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in Agile principles and best practices.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks that impact team performance.
* Educate leadership on critical issues requiring escalation.
* Streamline value flow across the Agile Release Train (ART).
* Optimize dependency management and architectural runway for efficient progress.
Requirements:
* Awareness of Salesforce is beneficial.
* JIRA knowledge is mandatory.
