About the Role
We are looking for a Traveler Support Specialist (French & English) who brings a true service mindset shaped by high-end hospitality or tailor-made travel environments.
This is not a traditional support role. You will act as a trusted point of contact for high-value travelers, managing complex and sensitive situations with autonomy, precision, and discretion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to investigate issues, anticipate needs, and deliver thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-negotiable)
* Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or high-end customer service environments and related industries
* Full flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
* Strong knowledge of tourist destinations
* Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
* Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
* Fluency in a third language

Compensation
R$6,000 to R$10,000 per month, depending on experience.
