Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements for Murex system implementation, configuration, and development projects.

Analyse and make recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience, driving process improvements and optimisation.

Coordinate and communicate with clients to implement database and infrastructure changes, perform technical reviews of production changes, and maintain Control-M scheduling tool.
">
Provide detailed information about issues to vendors, coordinate testing fixes/solutions, and act as an intermediary between business and vendor teams.
">
Qualifications and Skills
">
Minimum 2 years of experience in Murex support capacity, strong technical capability, solid understanding of datamart, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
