This role involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to understand their business needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and PL/SQL development, as well as excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients towards utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
This position requires the ability to convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* To establish a positive rapport with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
* To assist in the evaluation process of client's business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding the client to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* To participate in converting client's business requirements into detailed technical specifications and learn how to present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
A successful Business Technical Service Analyst should possess relevant experience or degree in Information Technology or a related field, solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development, and previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate should also have experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation, as well as advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
