About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agile Master to join our team in a Product and Engineering environment, supporting multiple Scrum teams and contributing to the growth of Agile practices. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who excels at working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while ensuring alignment with Agile principles
- Support and guide two Scrum teams, improving their performance and delivery
- Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identifying areas for improvement
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through experimentation and feedback, promoting adaptability within the team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
- Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are highly valued
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex issues effectively
- Experience working with global teams across various regions
