Job Title: Airport Service Delivery Manager
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee daily airport operations.
This leadership role is accountable for ensuring that all guest interactions deliver high standards of quality, efficiency, and hospitality.
* Manage daily airport operations, develop policies, and monitor performance metrics.
* E nsure compliance with regulatory requirements, labor laws, health & safety, and airports standards.
* Coordinate with other departments for integrated operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field (MBA is advantageous).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is beneficial.
* 10+ years of experience in senior management, preferably in hotels, airport operations & hospitality.
* Strong understanding of airport infrastructure and regulatory environments in Central & South America (is beneficial).
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.
