Job Responsibilities:
1.
Coordinate overseas manpower and support the daily recruitment and operation management of the Latin American team
2.
In-depth understanding of the business and support the HRBP work of the Latin American team, including but not limited to talent team construction and talent inventory
3.
Part of the assistant to the president to help bring the company culture and spirit to Latin America
4.
Familiar with the visa system and labor regulations of Latin American countries
Job Requirements:
1.
Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years experience in overseas human resources module, overseas recruitment experience is preferred
2.
Have good communication skills and strong logical thinking ability
3.
Strong self-driving force and strong anti-pressure ability
4.
Portuguese native speakers/proficiency in Portuguese is preferred
Pay: R$58.42 - R$85.59 per hour
