Join us to make your contribution.The IT Audit Senior Manager is responsible for supporting the Chief Audit Executive with scoping, planning, conducting / leading of IT audits and reviews over AGCO's IT system infrastructure, applications and processes.Your ImpactYou will lead IT audits and reviews across AGCO's IT system infrastructure, applications, and processesYou will prepare audit reports and recommendations and communicate them effectively to various levels of audit stakeholdersYou will engage and collaborate with the IT team, regional audit teams, AGCO's audit co-sourcing partner, and external audit partnersYou will document audit results in compliance with industry standards (e.g., Institute of Internal Auditors) and internal departmental guidelinesYou will support the IT and Business organization with IT process and control-related inquiries, identify gaps, opportunities, and key risks, and evaluate the adequacy of proposed solutionsYou will contribute ideas for the upcoming audit plan and support the Chief Audit Executive in its developmentYour Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent professional IT qualification, along with CISA certification or a comparable international credentialProven experience in auditing SAP environments and solid knowledge of SOX compliance and IT control frameworks such as COBIT and ITILStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact confidently across various levels of IT and managementHigh level of cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively within international teams, ideally with experience in manufacturing environmentsBackground in internal audit, preferably gained at a Big Four firmHealth PlanAnnual BonusLife InsuranceOthersYour WorkplaceThis position reports to a global leadership and will be based preferably in Canoas/RS but we can also consider Jundiai/SP for hiring in Brazil.
