Brand Coordinator BRA - Barueri, SP
As Brand Coordinator Brazil, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Philips’ brand and communications strategy in the Brazilian market, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and impactful presence across internal and external audiences.
Operating at the intersection of business strategy and reputation, you will translate global priorities into locally relevant narratives that reinforce Philips’ leadership in health technology and support commercial growth.
This is a strategic role with direct exposure to senior leadership and close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Your role:
Implement and safeguard Philips’ global brand strategy in Brazil across all touchpoints.
Lead external communications, including media relations, thought leadership, executive visibility, and reputation management.
Partner with Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns aligned with go-to-market priorities.
Develop high-quality content across digital, social, and executive platforms.
Advise senior leaders on messaging, positioning, and stakeholder communications.
Drive internal communications that reinforce strategy, culture, and engagement.
Proactively monitor reputational risks and manage issues with clarity and alignment.
Track KPIs and performance metrics to continuously strengthen brand impact.
You're the right fit if:
You solid experience in Brand, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Corporate Affairs, ideally within a multinational environment. Experience in healthcare, technology, or highly regulated industries is preferred.
Your expertise includes media relations, reputation management, executive communications, integrated campaigns, and content development across digital and social platforms. You are comfortable working with agencies and managing external partners. Bonus: Experience with crisis communications, data-driven performance tracking, and stakeholder communications in matrix organizations.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant postgraduate specialization is a plus.
You demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling narratives that support commercial objectives.
You are an excellent communicator in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), with strong writing, presentation, and executive advisory skills.
You thrive in complexity. You are structured, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, multinational organization.
You are comfortable advising senior stakeholders and influencing across functions without formal authority.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
