Strategic Partnership Developer for Social Media
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic opportunities across major social media platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of business development, content partnerships, and M&A opportunities within the creator economy.
As a Strategic Partnership Developer, you will be responsible for:
* Identifying high-revenue potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with our business goals
* Engaging with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels
* Developing and presenting commercial proposals to creators and channel owners
* Onboarding new partners (creators or channel owners) into our operational processes
* Exploring and analyzing new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate our growth
* Collaborating closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and company executives to align business opportunities with strategic priorities

1. Channel Identification: Identify high-potential YouTube, Facebook, and Snapchat channels aligned with our business goals.
2. Creator Engagement: Engage with content creators and/or channel owners to assess the value and potential of their channels.
3. Commercial Proposal Development: Develop and present commercial proposals to creators and channel owners.
4. Partner Onboarding: Onboard new partners (creators or channel owners) into our operational processes.
5. Opportunity Analysis: Explore and analyze new opportunities across social platforms to accelerate our growth.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with platform managers, the data/strategy team, and company executives to align business opportunities with strategic priorities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken
* Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media content monetization
* Genuine interest in digital content and the evolution of social platforms
* Proven negotiation and deal-making abilities
* Ability to craft compelling commercial offers and proposals
* Strong autonomy, organization, and project management skills
* Experience in business development, partnerships, or M&A related to digital media or entertainment
