Digital strategy developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Decision Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Decision Hub and be proficient in configuring strategies specific to digital channels.

The successful candidate will execute and maintain Pega strategies across Commercial Transformation channels, including OneApp, Web, Push Notification, and Telemarketing. They will also configure script HTML for Pega strategies with Price Items, set up A/B testing, and run simulations of digital channels.

A key responsibility of this role is to provide valuable input to the commercial team through data analysis and insights gained from running simulations. Additionally, the developer will create technical designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps tools is a plus.
