We're seeking a Visual Creative Strategist to drive growth through emotion-led ad creative.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with editors and UGC creators to build, test, and scale high-converting video concepts for Meta.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop visual creative strategies from concept to launch. This includes creating concise briefs, sourcing and managing creators, guiding editing to maximize thumb-stop and CTR, and launching rapid tests. You will also repurpose winning concepts into statics.
* Turn insights into scroll-stopping hooks and storyboards; pick music, pacing, and shot lists that carry the message.
* Build clear briefs for UGC creators/editors; source and manage creators.
* Guide editing (cuts, rhythm, captions/overlays when needed) to maximize thumb-stop, CTR, and CVR.
* Launch rapid tests; read performance (nCAC, CTR, hold rate, ROAS) and iterate fast.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven record of video ads that convert (please share links/reels).
* Strong sense of music selection, timing, and visual narrative.
* Comfortable with data: can read a dashboard and decide the next test.
* UGC + short-form paid social experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube a plus).
* Clear briefs, fast iterations; low-ego, high-ownership.
