Technical Expertise: Building and Evolving ServiceNow
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to play a pivotal role in building and evolving ServiceNow as the core IT system for our organization. This position will involve taking hands-on architectural decisions, guiding external partners in development and application management, and directly contributing to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
This role will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across a broad range of modules including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR custom apps integrations ensuring that ServiceNow meets the needs of modern integrated IT landscape.
* Make hands-on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development
* Guide supervise external partners responsible for ServiceNow development application management
* Perform configuration development administration tasks within ServiceNow
