The pre-sales engineer is an extension of the seller, responsible for the technical sale of the products and solutions offered by Dahua Technology. He needs to understand the main problems of customers and create solutions using the brand's products. He also need to be able to know the products of competing brands and technically defend Dahua's products and solutions. Good communication is essential for the position.
Responsabilities:
* Responsible for presenting Dahua Technology products and solutions, informing about the benefits, competitive advantages and differentiation with the market;
* Responsible fordeveloping complete projects using the brand's products;
* Provide supportand guidance during the pre-sales process, identifying the technical and commercial requirements of customers before designing a solution;
* Provide supportto the sales team to close projects / opportunities;
* Create technical comparison documents between Dahua products and its main competitors;
* Analyze technical specifications (RFPs and Terms of Reference for government bids) and identify compatible Dahua products;
* Work with team members, coordinating internal support resources or at HQ;
* Responsible fordefending the brand in technical discussions;
* Responsible forhelping to promote the brand to the market;
* Responsible forcorrectly positioning the company's product portfolio with customers and partners;
* Maintain a goodrelationship with the sales channel and with the end customers.
Requirement:
* University degree in courses in the technology area;
* 2 years of experience as a pre-sales / solution architect in the electronic security market;
* Advanced knowledge in data networks;
* Good communication, organization and self-management;
* Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences;
* Knowledge aboutpublic bidding processes;
* Advanced English;
* Willingnessto travel.
