Growth Marketer – Part-Time (Room to Grow into Head of Marketing)
Join Go! Running Tours as a Growth Marketer, responsible for all marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients. Work remotely, 25 hrs per week, with room for growth into Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies across B2C and B2B channels.
Create, nurture, and optimise newsletters and email flows.
Plan and run digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms.
Analyse performance data, conduct A/B tests, and scale successful initiatives.
Generate case studies, explore sponsorship opportunities, and pitch bold ideas.
Collaborate closely with the founder and team; participate in rapid experimentation.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and structured mindset with creative copywriting ability.
Experience in email marketing, automation, and data‑driven optimisation.
Proven track record of testing, learning, and scaling marketing initiatives.
Excellent execution focus: fast mover, collaborator, and driven for growth.
Remote work experience, comfortable with limited internal meetings.
Interest in running and bridging cultures.
Compensation & Details
USD 1,400 per month for 25 hrs per week. Contract is managed via Upwork.
The role is part-time, requiring 25 hrs a week – no expectation of 60+ hrs. Salary will support a comfortable lifestyle. Working hours can be flexible to accommodate personal life.
