Job Description
The primary role of the Technical Lead Developer is to coordinate resources and manage priorities across teams.
* Act as the primary point of contact.
* Drive reviews, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution for critical business processes.
* Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expertise in Salesforce configurations using workflows, process builders, flows, roles, enterprise territory management, security controls, reports and dashboards, and sharing rules.
* Administration, configuration, implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.
* Experience in Salesforce customization, security access, workflow approvals, data validation, and data utilities.
* Expertise in SFDC development using Apex language, Visual Force pages, classes, controllers, triggers, indexes, web services, components, tabs, Apex web services, custom objects, reports, analytical snapshots, and dashboards, profiles, creating roles, page layouts, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, and workflows.

* Expert knowledge of Salesforce configurations.
