Make It Possible.You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, ensuring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.How you will contributeYou will:Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally for review and approval.Manage, coach, and develop a team.Meet KPIs, including exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels, and meeting waste reduction objectives.Collaborate closely with manufacturing, marketing, sales, materials, and replenishment functions to achieve category goals.Deliver performance against master and detailed schedules, long-range plans (including capacity considerations), and material requirement plans using system tools.Participate in supply review meetings and escalate issues as needed.Support and implement improvements in planning to enhance customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction.What you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial, or logistics experience with strong business acumen, ideally within FMCG/CPG environments.Willingness to learn new ways of working and proficiency in data and systems.Experience in supply review processes and IBP cycles.Ability to influence cross-functional teams and improve planning processes.Ability to build effective teams.Knowledge of leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.QualificationsKnowledge of o9 solutions; experience with Kinaxis or OMP is required if not familiar with o9.Deep understanding of E2E planning, including demand, supply, warehousing, transportation, and manufacturing considerations.Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities through data analysis and performance monitoring.Capability to synthesize reports and data across databases to provide optimal solutions.Proficiency in English for effective communication with global teams, and intermediate Spanish skills.ResponsibilitiesSustain adoption of planning tools and processes through user training and data maintenance.Manage tool performance and resolve issues escalated.Onboard and train team members on tool updates and upgrades.Maintain master data parameters such as BOD lanes, storage requirements, and shelf life.Support root cause analysis for complex tool issues.Maintain planning reports and guide users on reporting capabilities.Manage projects for future tool enhancements.Coordinate o9 updates/upgrades with the Global Planning Team.Lead process, data, and tool improvement projects as identified.Define and support use cases requested by the business.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Support supply chain planning dependencies across functions.No relocation support available.Business Unit SummaryMondelēz Brasil is one of Mondelēz International’s largest operations, employing approximately 7,500 people.
