* Monitoring tags, comments, and messages across social media
* Searching, flagging and responding to brand mentions, brand keywords and related conversations
* Responding to timely or high opportunity moments
Requirements:
* Creative confidence - especially in real-time posting and response
* Excellent written English and social-first copywriting instincts
* Fluency in multiple brand voices
* Discretion + professionalism
* Experience in entertainment or toys
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on weekends and holidays.
