Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated B2B Outbound Cold Caller to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for qualifying and live-transferring business owners to our Account Executives.

About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires confidence, tonality, and outbound cold calling experience. You will be working with a team of closers to achieve high levels of success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Making 500–900 outbound calls per day
* Maintaining 250+ minutes of talk time daily
* Achieving at least 1 qualified live transfer per day
* Being on calls for at least 8 hours of your 9-hour shift (more if KPIs are not met)
* Working in full coordination with a team of closers
* Using provided scripts and tools as guided
* FOLLOWING UP VIA SMS WHEN NEEDED

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and a daily commission structure based on performance:
* $20 for 1 qualified lead
* $30 for 2 qualified leads
* $40 for 3 qualified leads
* $100 bonus per closed deal from transferred leads

Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B outbound cold calling
* Excellent phone presence and tonality
* High level of spoken English
* Must be a team player and willing to collaborate
* Reliable internet connection, headset, and computer
* Ability to hit targets consistently and take ownership of performance

We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has experience with cold calling and enjoys it
* Is comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
* Wants to focus on qualifying and transferring leads
