- Eliciting, analyzing and documenting the business requirements from stakeholders.
- Designing solutions that meet the business requirements, taking into account technical and financial constraints.
- Manage the entire development phase including the resources assigned to the project until transition/closure.
- Define a detailed project plan - manage, monitor and ensure the project is executed according to the defined plan.
- Proactively prepare for all upcoming deliverables.
- Identify risks with the project early and take steps to avoid/minimize the impact of these risks.
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure that they understand the solutions being delivered, and to obtain feedback to improve future solutions.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to the solutions delivered.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- CIMA or other equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in the software industry
- Knowledge in management (Knowledge in project management, business analysis will be an added advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with excellent planning, organizing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to face challenges quickly, willing to learn and adapt to new environments
- Ability to take responsibility and being committed to deliver results
- A strong desire for a career in software project management
