Job Title: Training Coordinator
We are looking for a training operations coordinator to support our customers in Frankfurt.
This role is part of the Operations team and requires delivering outstanding service.
The training operations coordinator will be the key contact point for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs and determine the number of sessions needed to train trainees according to courses and per site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* Organize training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with our Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required.
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using our CRM tool.
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2.
Requirements:
* 2 to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* Exposure to an international work environment.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented posture is a must.
* Team player.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concise thoughts.
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM.
* Knowledge of Cornerstone or any other LMS is an added advantage.
* Fluent in English is a mandatory requirement.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
