This role involves direct reporting to senior leadership and managing key responsibilities including implementing regular quality audits, establishing performance metrics, identifying recurring errors, reviewing complex cases with the team, designing an optimized hiring funnel, hiring new team members within the first two months, maintaining a candidate pipeline and developing structured onboarding program.
