Job Description:
* We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM. This role will focus on selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building high-quality pipelines and long-term customer relationships.
* The Sales Manager will manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
