Mission of the Position

Acting and developing strategic relationships with regional and national companies, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and generation of opportunities for Unicesumar. The commercial consultant with a focus on Key Account will act as a liaison between the headquarters, poles, and existing or new partner companies, ensuring that the needs of the area are met with excellence and aligned with the institutional business objectives.

The commercial consultant will be responsible for:

* Building and maintaining solid and trustworthy relationships with key accounts;
* Serving as the focal point between internal areas (marketing, operations, pedagogy, finance, etc.);
* Developing personalized account plans for each major client;
* Identifying expansion opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling;
* Conducting commercial negotiations and generating new opportunities;
* Ensuring profitability and alignment of contracts with the company's goals;
* Monitoring KPIs for performance, satisfaction, and profitability of partnerships;
* Preparing management reports and presentation of results;
* Monitoring market trends and competitor movements;
* Anticipating needs and proposing innovative solutions for companies;
* Collaborating with marketing, processes, and operations teams;
* Ensuring timely delivery of services to partners within agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards;
* Formulating a benefits package for companies;
* Creating retention strategies and relationship programs;


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields;
* Degree in post-graduation or MBA in Commercial Management, Business, or Strategic Marketing desirable;
* Proven experience in managing key accounts, B2B sales, corporate relationships, or similar areas;
* Experience in high-value negotiations and contract management;
* Excellent intermediate/advanced English skills and data analysis capacity;
* Availability for travel;
