Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager plays a vital role in fostering strong relationships with our valued clients, understanding their unique business goals and objectives.

This position requires a professional who can effectively communicate the value of our solutions to existing customers, expand our market share and drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dedicate time to developing new business opportunities and closing deals within existing customer base.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in quota-carrying sales environment or significant exposure to business processes.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful account management and strategic sales initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
