**As Software Development Director you’ll make an impact on**:
- Managing the R&D division in Brazil, reporting directly to the local site manager and dotted to the VP of R&D in Israel
- Driving innovation initiatives
- Bringing new Solutions and contributions to the current projects and products
- Building the strategy along with the management team and Global division
- Leading critical projects globally
- Strengthening the partnership with global teams in Romania and Israel
- Improving processes and methodologies
- Enhancing the skills of the teams and developing talents
**Requirements**:
**Job requirements**
- Solid experience as Software Development Director
- Innovation mindset
- Cloud technologies/ Microservices
- Knowledge about: Systems Architecture, Software Technologies, Software development, Agile Methodology / Squads concept
- People management experience is a must, managing medium-large groups
- Experience with outsourcing strategies and with highly complex IT projects
- Desired experience in Global environment and multinational companies
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Project Management, Project Deliveries and Services is a must
- Product Management is a plus
- Desired experience in Telecom
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field or related areas
- MBA in SFW Management / Projects / IT courses is a plus
- Fluent English is a must
- Advanced Spanish is a plus
