Key Responsibilities
* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector) to identify technical issues and provide timely solutions.
* Review network requests, debug front-end issues, and identify JavaScript or API failures to resolve customer-reported problems.
* Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman or cURL to ensure seamless integration.
* Escalate or re-route cases to appropriate teams after thorough investigation, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently.
