Key Responsibilities
The technical cutover manager will co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with leadership and project management office to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud to business segments in Asia.
Technical Localization and Deployment Tasks
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project.
* Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence.
Project Management and Documentation
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to leadership through the project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points is required for this technical cutover manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
Preferred Skills
Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
Familiarity with agile project methodologies is also desirable.
