Key Account Manager
The Contracting Team's pivotal member will cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, driving mutually beneficial outcomes for a defined portfolio of hotels within a specific geographic area.
* Oversee the contracting process in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on securing competitive rates for Hotelbeds.
* Negotiate contract renewal terms including rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policies.
* Closely collaborate with the Yield Manager to monitor hotel performance, ensuring competitiveness and availability are not compromised.
* Act as primary point of contact for experienced suppliers, fostering exceptional relationships through open communication.
* Assist in resolving complex supplier or client complaints, negotiating effective solutions that maintain good service and positive relationships.
* Ensure suppliers comprehend Hotelbeds' value proposition and optimize income from each contract by utilizing our marketing tools effectively.
