Product Strategist
A key role in product development involves defining and prioritizing requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the Kanban board, organizing tasks, clarifying priorities, and understanding impediments to maintaining a smooth task flow and achieving deployment goals.
* Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the project manager and relevant team members.
* Review and write descriptions for tasks related to new features, improvements, and bug fixes, ensuring problems are thoroughly explained and solutions are testable and aligned with product goals.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.
* Validate outcomes, not just output, after new features or fixes go live, verifying whether they effectively solved the original problem and improved targeted user or business metrics.
Requirements:
* Strong skills in product management and business analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with software development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
* Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code, and data analysis are beneficial but not required.
