Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Manager to lead and manage complex security projects. This role requires a strong background in SAP Security, Information Security Operations, Controls, and Cybersecurity.
This position involves overseeing SAP security operations, collaborating with SAP teams to ensure best practices and compliance, developing and enforcing information security policies and controls, conducting risk assessments and managing mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage SAP security and cybersecurity projects.
* Oversee SAP security operations including roles, authorizations, and GRC controls.
* Collaborate with SAP BASIS, Security, GRC, and Cybersecurity teams.
* Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and controls.
* Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of IT/security experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Security project management.
* Strong background in general cybersecurity operations, infosec controls, and compliance frameworks.
* Expertise in SAP roles, authorizations, GRC, and access control models.
* Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR.
* Experience managing large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects with security focus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* PMP, CISM, CISA, or CISSP certifications preferred.
