We provide professional transportation services to corporate travelers and international clients worldwide. We are seeking an independent contractor to support our dispatch operations team at our Brazil office. Responsibilities: - Provide customer service support to international clients in English - Handle time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced environment - Dispatch and coordinate chauffeurs for scheduled reservations - Monitor trips in real time and ensure on-time service - Communicate with chauffeurs regarding updates and trip changes - Track flights and adjust schedules when necessary - Coordinate with affiliates and internal teams to resolve issues Requirements: - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to issue invoices as an independent contractor (MEI equivalent) - Availability to provide services on weekends and holidays, as required Differentials - Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations - Strong communication and multitasking skills - Ability to work under pressure and solve issues quickly - Experience with dispatch or scheduling software is a plus Service Details - Estimated availability: 40-50 hours per week - Compensation defined contractually and paid via invoice - Services performed on-site at our Brazil office Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed.
