Mission
We are looking for a professional to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewable energy projects and be able to work with different areas of the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Development: Identify opportunities for new projects, markets and clusters. Conduct initial triages, evaluating technical, regulatory and commercial viability;
* Structure Analysis: Develop critical, organized and consistent analyses of project viability;
* Regulatory Management: Monitor licensing processes, authorizations and opinions. Interact with regulatory areas to ensure technical alignment and deadlines;
* Risk Anticipation: Anticipate risks and suggest preventive measures;
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage internal areas (regulation, law, engineering, energy, market) to unlock topics;
* Clear Communication: Maintain simple, direct and structured communication to avoid rework;
* Presentation Materials: Prepare presentations, notes and executive analyses for committees;
* Information Synthesis: Summarize complex information clearly, logically and oriented towards decision-making;
Requirements
* Degree in Engineering;
* 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy project development;
* Knowledge of access processes (ONS/ANEEL), sectoral norms, land issues, environmental licensing, contracts and resource analysis;
* Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI skills;
* Fluent English;
